ABOUT
OUR MISSION
As a Certified Financial Planner™, Ray
Offenburger has helped many clients save for college. However, when his oldest son,
RJ, entered 11th grade and they started looking at colleges, Ray realized how important
shopping and paying for college are. His family endured all the difficulties of being
overwhelmed with information and choices and found it challenging to determine what
was a reasonable price for college and, more importantly, how much the family could
afford. He knew he needed to do more to help families with late-stage college planning,
and ROC College Planning was born. Our mission at ROC College Planning is to
guide families through the ordeal of shopping and paying for college. ROC wants to help
your student get an excellent college education at a price your family can afford.
We provide our clients with many great resources, such as college funding
software, informational newsletters, seminars, and more. ROC is committed to
formulating a strategic plan that is best for your family.

We want to get to know you and give you personalized advice based on the
different factors that affect college finances, such as student loans, expected family
contribution, and academic standing. We have experience providing guidance and
outlining the next steps for your family.
Are you feeling overwhelmed about choosing and paying for a college? You are
not alone! College is one of the most significant financial investments for families.
Ultimately, ROC strives to see your child achieve an excellent college education for at
the right price! Let’s connect if you would like to learn more about the college shopping and paying process!
